   std-94 水平垂直燃烧测试仪是模拟电子电工产品周围环境发生着火的早期情况，用于模拟技术评定着火危险性，产品的周围着火时确保不致引起燃烧蔓延。试验设备适用于电工电子产家用电器的部件，零件和元件，如：家用电器的绝缘外壳、开关面板、印刷电路板以及绝缘材料等。此型号ul 94 水平及垂直燃烧测试仪器，设计为对设备和器具部件材料的可燃性能试验，众多应用于最终用途的测试指标如易燃性能、燃烧速率、火焰蔓延、燃烧强度及产品的阻燃性能均为可被检测。自动化程度高，测试数据准确，是我们为高要求用户推出的最新测试仪。

箱体及夹具特点：
1. 箱体尺寸：长1200mm× 宽600mm×高1300mm；
2. 超大试验箱体0.55m³，确保试验有充足空气供应；
3. 箱体烤漆处理；内部烤黑色漆(标准要求)耐腐蚀；
4. 试验仪由试验部分和控制部分组成采用一体化设计，方便现场安装和调试；
5. 大型玻璃观测窗，美观大方；便于观测试样燃烧状态；
6. 先进工业外观设计、试验操作考虑人体工学设计，便于触及试样、燃烧器拉杆设计，易于操作；
7. 所有夹具：由304 不锈钢制作；美观耐腐蚀；夹具为水平燃烧及垂直燃烧一体化设计；操作方便；节省空间；
8. 标准规定楔形支架，可自由伸缩；满足特殊材料的试验要求；长120mm±2mm，宽20mm±1mm；材质：304 不锈钢；耐腐蚀；

喷灯及气体控制：
1. 燃烧器角度可0-45 度便捷调节；
2. 本生灯筒长100mm±10mm、内径9.5mm±0.3mm；完全符合iec60695-11-4 喷灯要求；
3. 喷灯自身可进行流量调节；喷灯自身可调节空气进气量；
4. 流量计及精密针阀，精确控制燃烧气体流量；
5. 高精密压力调节阀及压力表0~0.4mpa；
6. dwyer u 形管差压计；
7. 精确控制火焰高度20mm±2mm。
微电脑控制系统：
1. 可编程控制器7触摸屏，实现控制/检测/计算/数据显示；
2. 脉冲高压电子自动点火；
3. 计时按钮配合plc 自动记录存储燃烧耗时间；
4. 时间计时器检测火焰到达25、100mm 标示线时间。精度0.1s，自动计时；
5. 无需手持秒表或手稿计时；试验时间系统自动记录，并生成实验报告；
6. 试验时间与加火时间触摸屏上可设定。满足多种试验标准要求；
7. 线性燃烧速率(v) plc 自动计算，触摸屏显示与保存；
8. 测试等级值(hb0 hb40 hb75/v-0 v-1 v-2)与国标规定值在屏上可查看；
9. 水平与垂直燃烧测试程序在触摸屏上可切换。

testing standards：

applications:
horizontal vertical burning tester (std-94) is used to simulate the early situation of a fire around the electronic products and technically evaluate the risk of the fire ensuring that it will not to cause the spread of the fire around the products. the equipment can be applied to the components of household electronic products, such as the insulated shell, switches panels, printed circuit boards and insulation materials of household electronic appliances. designed for the combustible test of equipments and the components materials and can provide most final testing indexes, such as flammable property, burning rate, flame spread, burning intensity and the flame retardation of the products. it’s a new test instrument to meet demanding users with its high automaticity and high-precision dates.

cabinet and holder:

8. the standard wedge stand is retractable to meet requirement of some special materials. (length: 120 mm ± 2 mm, width: 20 mm ± 1 mm; material: #304 stainless steel, corrosion resistant).

10. height gauge with accuracy of 0.5 mm.
burner tube and gas control system:
1. burning angle: 0 - 45°.
2. the bunsen burner tubes (length: 100mm ± 10mm, inner diameter: 9.5mm ± 0.3mm) conform to the requirements of the iec60695-11-4 burner.
3. the burner tube with adjustable air inflow.
4. flow rate of burning gases exactly controlled by the flowmeter and precision needle valve.
5. designed with high precision pressure regulator and pressure gage (range of 0 ~ 0.4mpa).
6. dwyer u type pressure gauge.
7. the height of the flame (20mm ± 2mm) exactly controlled.
microcomputer control system:
1. plc touch screen (for controlling/detecting/calculating/data display).
2. pulse high voltage electronic automatic ignition.
3. plc timing button for automatically recording and saving the burning time.
4. the used time that flame reach to 25 and 100 mm (accuracy 0.1s) automatically recorded.
5. the system automatically record test time instead of using a hand-hold second chronograph or manuscripts, and form reports automatically.
6. touch screen can set the test time and ignition time. satisfy different requirements of test standard.
7. plc automatically calculates the linear burning rate, display and store in the touch screen.
8. the value of test level (hb0, hb40, hb75/v-0 v-1 v-2) and that specified in national standard are available on the screen.
9. easily switching between the procedure of horizontal and vertical burning test on the screen.
