电镀锌secc
宝山钢铁股份有限公司生产的厚度为0.30mm～2.0mm的连续电镀锌/锌镍合金钢板及钢带，以下简称钢板及钢带。其表面颜色多种，例如：seccn5呈淡蓝色。宝钢规定订货中未注明尺寸及不平度精度、表面质量级别、表面处理种类及包装方式，则以尺寸普通精度、不平度普通精度、表面质量级别为fb、表面处理为铬酸钝化处理，并按供方指定的包装方式供货。对等厚镀层，镀层重量每面三点试验平均值应不小于相应面公称镀层重量，单点试验值不小于相应面公称镀层重量的85％；对差厚及单面镀层，镀层重量每面三点试验平均值应不小于相应面公称镀层重量，单点试验值不小于相应面公称镀层重量的80％。使用本产品时，用户应根据其加工工艺、涂漆方法、涂漆设备等情况选择合适的表面处理方式，并尽量缩短本产品的储存时间。选择合适的表面处理可减轻运输和储存过程中产生白锈的倾向，同时能够改善涂漆层的粘附性，对镀层起保护作用。对后道加工工序需磷化和喷漆的，不推荐选择铬酸钝化处理方式。
