特性：
1、 本机适用于女高跟鞋和男女靴类在结帮之前对鞋面的定型作业。
2、 胶模采用耐磨耐热硅胶，外铝模温度可达200℃。
3、 定型后，内衬贴合紧密、不起皱、不变形、不起泡，且可减少破损。
4、 可及时造型打样，减少样品开发时间，降低成本，并能更好的满足客户要求。
5、 鞋背的准确定型更易于前帮的操作，从而可提高产量。
6、 本机带有冷冻模，使定型效果更好，定型后效果不回弹。
rc-705 vamp secondary stereotypes
1. this machine is applicable to vamp moulding operation 
 of women’s high-heeled shoes and men and women’s  boots before their upper binding.
2. rubber mould is made of wear-proof heat resistant silica gel and the outer aluminium mould can be up to 200℃.
3. after moulding, the liner is closely jointed without crinkling, deformation and bubbling and is not breakable.
4. the molding and proofing can be done in due time so that the sample development duration can be shorted to reduce cost and it will satisfy the customers demand better.
5.the accurate moulding of vamp will be facilitate the operation of toe lasting, hence it will improve the productivity.
