宝珠砂简介
宝珠砂（铸造砂）耐高温（2050℃）、角形系数小（＜1.06，近似球状）易溃散、水玻璃加入量低（35-4%）、球状粒形（角形系数〈=11），热导率大，高温稳定、不龟裂、抗酸碱侵蚀。酸耗值小（中性材料），粘结剂加入量小（减少粘结剂加入量30%），强度高，不破碎，无毒等特点；铸件表面光洁度高，具有良好的使用性。它综合的性价比远远超过铬矿砂，是铬矿砂的替代砂。适用于砂型铸造（型砂、芯砂）、v法铸造、消失模铸造（填充砂），涂料（宝珠砂粉）等铸造工艺，在汽车发动机及汽车零部件、大型铸钢、铸铁件等领域广泛使用，被称为绿色环保型铸造用砂。也适用于碳钢、合金钢（耐热钢、耐磨钢、耐蚀钢、酸、碱性钢种等）、是理想的芯砂、面砂。

宝珠砂用途
天元宝珠砂是铸造行业内的绿色环保耐火材料，在铸造中作为优良的铸造用型砂，可以避免铸件缺陷，同时铸件的成品率也得到了提高，是消失模填充砂、各种涂料骨料、各式型砂、各种芯砂、引流砂等。
1、宝珠砂广泛应用于树脂砂（呋喃树脂、酚醛树脂），水玻璃砂（有机脂、co2硬化），覆膜砂。
2、适于各种金属铸件如：碳钢、合金钢（高锰钢、高铬铸铁），铸铁、铸铜等。
3、宝珠砂是一种非石英质型人造砂，适用于各种铸造方式如：v法，vrh，消失模，熔模，一般砂型（粘土砂、水玻璃+co2硬化）、树脂砂等。
4、适用于各种粘结剂、各种金属材料的铸件生产，不但能大幅度提高铸件质量，而且清砂容易，配砂工艺简单方便（大型铸钢厂单件小批量局部用砂，少量用砂人工混制即可），对大多数铸件可以省去涂料，尤其适宜制作质量要求高的铸件。宝珠砂在铸造行业的应用日显重要，而且其在铸造行业有着不可限量的发展空间。
5、宝珠砂适用于消失模、覆膜砂、水玻璃砂、树脂砂、精密铸造机铜、铝铸件的抛光清理，而且成本相当廉价。
